BATA - Covered By a 10 Year Pitching Machine Warranty

When we first started looking at our records and tracking all of our warranty repairs, we found that we didn't get any callbacks in three or four years. What we decided, was if we really believe these machines will last 10 years then let's put our money where our mouth is and we'll offer a 10-year warranty. Nobody's done it, it's five times as long as is the industry standard on a pitching machine. At the end of the day we looked at our machines and thought if it's not gonna fail anyway then why don't we just make that promise to our customers, and make sure that they know that if they buy this machine, ten years from now they're still going to have an operational pitching machine.
